Our check-in was great, as was the Breakfast Buffet which is a great addon value. We were given an upgraded room per our Bonvoy status; however, we had a disappointing experience with housekeeping, that did not show up after repeated requests, and got a ‘partial’ room refresh at 10 pm at night after our 3rd request!
Finally, the bed was made and towels refreshed but that was all. Nothing was cleaned, the trash stayed in the bin, the used glasses stayed as is, and empty water bottles were not touched! No toiletry amenities were refreshed.
This kept us up and away from our room until 10:30 pm! This is not expected at a JW! The front desk did offer a small discount for the ‘inconvenience’ but nearly not enough. Overall, I would say an underwhelming experience.
