Unit 1 --- Downstairs & Upstairs, 7 bedrooms, 2 livings, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, 1 huge sun room;

Unit 2--- Downstairs, seperate entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 living, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom;

* Unit 2 has seperate entrance to unit 1, not inter-connected.

We could accomodate up to 18 people. (including both adult and kids )

Main living room in unit 1 upstair, connected with sunroom has comfortable seating area with full filled natural light on upstairs. Love the combination of 55" smart TV and L shape couch to relax.

Other two Living areas straight connected to the entrance downstairs, comfortable 3 seats Recliner Sofa, 50" Smart TV, 6 seat dining sets, not huge but well appointed with everything you need.

Main kitchen located in unit 1 upstair, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the big meal.

Two small kitchen in downstairs have portable induction cooker, good for easy meals & drink bar :-)

All bedrooms are in star-hotel style with Queen size bed with comfy linens.

4 bathroom in total for the house.

Master Bedroom connected with sunroom, also has it's own bathroom for extra connivence. ( * bathroom doesn't lock for Master bedroom )

Main bathroom have bathtub & shower separately, Large washing-dryer combo for easy laundry.

Other bathrooms only have shower, also have in-unit washing machine or combo for easy laundry.

## New upgraded outdoor area with Mini golf turf for fun ⛳️ ( please note, we don’t provide clubs & ball, you will need your own golf equipment to play )

Outdoor furnitures at front of the Unit 2, you could relax to enjoy the afternoon breeze.

Please park at outside, plenty parking spaces . We don't provide garage gate access.

Easy Self check-in from lockboxes ( one each at the entrance, one key card for unit 2 , two key fobs for unit 1, please keep the key or card inside the lockbox each time after use to avoid lock up, additional fee applies to the call-out for access ), Unit 1 door is auto locked, please take extra caution.

# Quick note: only one key instead of two fobs will be provided for next few weeks for unit 1. We sending fobs for copy & reprogram; please keep the key in the lockbox all the time :-)

**All the guests request to keep the place reasonably cleaning and tidy during stay and before check out

*** No Shoe on the carpet, will charge additional cleaning fee for obvious stains.
