Check-in Instructions:

Key collection is from the Quinovic Viaduct Office at 10 Hobson St, just a 10-minute drive from the apartment. For after-hours arrivals, alternative key pick-up arrangements can be made. Please notify us if you’ll be arriving outside of office hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

House Rules:

- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.

- Respectful Stay: Please keep noise levels low and be considerate of other residents, especially after 10 PM. Only registered guests at the time of booking are allowed to stay.

Security Deposit:
A $600 security deposit is required prior to check-in, held via credit card authorisation. It will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages or additional fees are incurred.
