„A perfect stay for our Seattle area visit! Great communication with the host and easy check in / check out process. Thank you!“

„Ruhige Lage, die Wohnung im 4. Stock zur Straßenseite bietet einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang. Morgens gibt es ein kleines Frühstück. Selbst wenn man ausschläft, bekommt man noch Kaffee. Ein toller Ort, die Betten waren super. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.“

„It was a wonderful piece of property . I will definitely look fir this one fir my next stay“

„Amazing host! Property was so clean and views were stunning. They were great about checking in. Privacy was also great and parking was easy. Really close to coffee shops and food and water. Would stay here again for our next trip!“

„Had a 5 day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed this property. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Lots of plugs and USB ports available - a really nice touch on the bedside tables! Kitchen had everything I needed and more. Shower pressure was perfect. The pictures of the property were accurate and the unit was thoroughly cleaned when I checked in. The location is convenient to everything in the stadium District. And the host, Robert, was very helpful and quick to communicate. I look forward to ...

„It is listed as a basement apartment but it doesn't feel like a basement - it is really lovely and quite comfortable. I would choose to stay there again. Parking in the driveway worked once I realized it was easier to come in from the Division Street end versus from 4th Street.“

„Perfect for what we were looking for! Very smooth process from start to finish.“

„I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks.“

„Very clean suite, host was incredible. The only thing was the listing itself, We were expecting a 2 sided house with a shared kitchen. Unfortunately it's more of a hostel situation multiple (booked) rooms with a shared kitchen. We ended up staying at a hotel 2 out of the 3 days we booked this spot. We ended up staying at the suite for our last day in town and it was descent just an unexpected listing. “

„All as stated—clean, walking distance totown, etc. No complaints.“

„I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful.  ...
