Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. „The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me.
