„All was Fine.“

„This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.“

„We stayed here for the walking distance to Chaifetz Arena, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable. The downside was the staff. They seemed friendlier to other guests than to us. Breakfast is cooked to order instead of self-serve, and the staff member working seemed irritated that we were waiting. My husband was upset with how we were treated. Great rooms and location, but the service needs work.“

„Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. Lobby was slightly underwhelming but overall we had a very comfortable stay!“

„Great Rooftop bar“

„Nice Personal, but the Hotel Garage are 10$ per day. “

„Very clean, loved the layout of the hotel. Great staff, front desk was amazing. Room was nice. The fridge is basically worthless, taking 8 to 12 ours to cool“

„Very helpful staff, free parking, breakfast included. Great location for the zoo or city museum.“

„Parking was a bit confusing.“

„There was a fight right outside my bedroom about 3 AM. I was a single woman traveling and I did not feel safe at all. I would not recommend this for solo travels.“
