Sleeps 10 - 3 bedroom, 2 bath, beach chairs, tags, very close to beach/boardwalk

Please note: we do NOT rent to student groups.

We are located at 13th & Central Ave in the North end. All new 2018: new kitchen, new bath and new hardwood floors. All new furniture. We are three blocks from the beach, our immaculate, second-floor north end condo offers three bedrooms including two full bathrooms and two parking spots. The walk to the beach does not require crossing any major roads, and we are just one block from downtown shops, key for families with young children like ours.

This is true beach living! The 13th street location is ideal for walking to the beach (6 beach tags included) and the boardwalk attractions. Beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart and beach umbrella are provided for guests.

Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, including a large flat screen TV with premium channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms: the master, room with queen bed and a room with bunk beds, twin and trundle for the kids. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided but there are many local companies that provide them. Our porch is off the living area and a great spot to relax and people-watch after spending the day at the beach.

Other much-deserved accolades: Fine Living Magazine rated the Ocean City Boardwalk as #4 in the nation, Frommer’s highlighted Ocean City in its top “13 Destinations” for 2008, and readers of the Philadelphia Inquirer ranked Ocean City the “#1 Vacation Spot” in the region, citing “Colorful umbrellas, dolphins, long walks together, boardwalk, music pier, family and friends –- the week that could go on forever.”

Great place close to the beach!

Great location that is close to the beach and boardwalk. In less than 10 minutes you’re on the beach. The condo is really cute, updated and clean. The owners are great. We had a mishap where we accidentally locked the keys inside and the owner was amazingly helpful to get us back inside the condo. I was blown away with how helpful they were. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Perfect location for family. Close and walkable to fishing, boardwalk, rides, beach, shopping. Second floor property. The stair walk up is a little tricky with lots of luggage. Nice little deck to sit out and have coffee/read in the morning! Quiet street. Off street parking a plus. Overall great place!

Pre-season hideaway

We loved our stay in this VRBO; our visit was a couple weeks prior to the wider season start, and we had the chance to relax with the beach and boardwalk mostly to ourselves. The space itself could not have been better; the owners clearly put careful thought into the preparation of the space and ensured we had everything we needed (of course, as an OC standard, you'll need to bring linens and towels yourself). Communication and check-in / check-out were seamless; overall we had a wonderful family time together.

Great Vacation Spot!

The condo looked exactly as pictured and was in a great location! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk and about 10 minute walk or less to many shops and restaurants. It was clean and supplied a beach cart full of beach stuff which was great not to have to pack those things. It was our first time to OCNJ and we will definitely be back!

This was pur first trip to OC. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and overall warmth of the condo. There was pleantly of space for our family. The cabinets were stocked with anything we may need along the way and the hall closet had tons of movies and games for the rainy days. Great location, lots of shops and eateries within steps.

Perfect location

This was a perfect apartment for a family visit. Very clean and owner communicated well and check in was very easy. It was nice to use the garage, but was very tight for my SUV. You might want to check height and width before bringing a large SUV. Apartment got great light and cool ocean breeze. Nice to sit on balcony/porch in evening. Perfect location-close to shops and boardwalk but also on quiet street.

The condo was in nice condition and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and flatware. The appliances are new, and everything was very clean. The walk up was exactly 20 steps, and a bit difficult carting luggage. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Just in case you are new to OC NJ, you must bring or rent all your linens. This includes sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen linens too. It would have been good to have that requirement included in the listing. Our hosts, Brian and Julie were great. They took time to call before our arrival to answer any questions. Great location near the boardwalk and beach.

We were thrilled with the comfort of this unit and also how well stocked it was. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is able to handle the 20 stairs going up. We loved it but we are too old for that!

Perfect Stay!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend trip to OCNJ after labor day. 4 adults and 2 young kids. It was really a perfect experience for our group. The house is very clean, stocked, and well decorated. Had all the essentials. It is also a great location to walk to beach/boardwalk and also stores like Walgreens. I loved having multiple beds in two different rooms - allowed us to shift up sleeping arrangements to accommodate little kids. It was really a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend!

Clean, close to everything beach house

In general I loved the property . The owner is super chill he was very clear in his instructions and always was willing to answer any questions . The property is 2 nd floor which he mentioned so yes there are a lot of stairs but the benefit is that it is zig zag so you have a landing every few steps which is nice . It was my first trip with a newborn so overpacked and did too many flights for this trip but just pack normal and you should be fine . I loved the inside interior decorations of the property all the paintings have positive beach sayings which were great picture opportunities for beach pics . I am very happy that it was close to all the necessary . Let’s be real you are on vacation so your not using the stove so all the nearest restaurants are pretty good , there is a Wawa , a acme and a Walgreens and Dunkin donuts and a bunch of little breakfast places really close in addition to the boardwalk . The couch inside the place is sooo comfortable . The washer and dryer is perfect to use for everyday . Overall happy with the rental .
