Cozy single family home lies nestled in the heart of Cabbagetown. Newly renovated and equipped with all new appliances and furnishings, this two bedroom + executive office with sleeper sofa, boasts a king bed in the master and each bathroom with it’s own en-suite bathroom. Enjoy two sprawling porches to sip your coffee and a quick bike to either of the main entrances of the Beltline that are nearby.

The Space:
Centrally located in the center of the Eastside neighborhoods -- Grant Park, Cabbagetown, Reynoldstown, and Old Fourth Ward. Walk to the Beltline, coffee shop, or some of the best restaurants in town.

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.

We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.

* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The Neighborhood:
CABBAGETOWN ATLANTA
Hip Cabbagetown is an artsy neighborhood with cozy eateries serving burgers and hot dogs, brunch and Southern specialties. Colorful 1800s mill cottages with double-height porches line the narrow streets, and striking street art covers the Krog Street Tunnel, tucked beneath rail tracks. Oakland Cemetery features lavish 19th-century memorials and the grave of “Gone With the Wind” author Margaret Mitchell.

Getting Around:
King Memorial is on the Blue and Green Line. This station has MARTA bus service and ‘Kiss & Ride’ parking. The elevated platform overlooks Atlanta’s historic Oakland Cemetery on the south side of the station. The neighborhood is filled with converted factories and public housing that are now trendy lofts and townhouses. The Sweet Auburn District is a bus ride or walk away.

We give our guests space but we are available when needed! Minty Living has a full time in-house team ready for mid-stay turnover (if requested) and responsive to any unforeseen maintenance issues.
