Somewhere over the rainbow lies this welcoming rental, named “Pecan Park” for its lush, mature landscaping. Hailing from 1892, this historic home has been lovingly and beautifully maintained for over a hundred years. Step inside to a riot of rich hues, from the moody blue living room to the verdant green dining room and perky pink central hallway/office area. Even the oven in the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen is a gorgeous shade of green!

With three bedrooms and two baths, six people can stay in comfort and true southern style. Relax on the front porch swing or in the main bathroom’s clawfoot tub. Enjoy the great outdoors from the enormous covered deck or cozy fire pit area in the double-lot yard. Directly across the street lies a large park, and a quick walk will take you to the heart of this charming neighborhood’s downtown area with its many shops and restaurants.

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.

We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

The Neighborhood:
Historic Kirkwood was incorporated in 1899 as an early streetcar suburb of Atlanta. Today this convenient neighborhood is nestled perfectly between the centers of Atlanta and Decatur, with its own petite downtown featuring lovely shops and restaurants. Its lush tree canopy, gorgeous Craftsman and Victorian homes, and lively Pratt-Pullman Yard event space make it an ideal place to call home.

Getting Around:
The East Lake MARTA station is on the Blue Line. There are surface parking lots with over 600 free daily spaces. No overnight parking. East Lake has multiple Zip cars as well as MARTA bus connections. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules.
