The private heated saltwater pool is open all seasons. Pool heating is available at an additional daily cost based on seasonal rates and weather conditions. PET POLICY

Dogs welcome!

Short stays (under 14 nights): $500 non-refundable fee for the first dog, $100 for each additional dog.

Long stays (14+ nights): $1,500 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, covering mandatory deep clean, allergen remediation, and HVAC filter replacement.

Undisclosed pets: $750 charge.

Guests are liable for any pet-related damage to turf, furniture, or linens.
Cats reviewed case-by-case for stays exceeding 30 days.
Service animals are exempt from all pet fees per ADA guidelines.
