A few things to know before booking:

• Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out available on request ($40 fee, subject to availability).
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a residential building — please be mindful of neighbors.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the unit.
• Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
• Parking is paid and on-site; use designated spaces only.
• Exterior security cameras at the building entry points. A noise decibel monitor is installed inside (audio is not recorded).
• The unit has 1 full bathroom — plan accordingly for larger groups.
• During major events (Mercedes-Benz Stadium games, conventions), rates and minimum-stay requirements may change. Book early.


FEES & DEPOSIT
• Cleaning fee: $191/stay
• Additional fee may apply for excessive cleaning
• Refundable damage deposit: $250, collected before arrival and reimbursed within 7 days after checkout
• Cash deposit payments may incur a $75 handling fee
