Check-in time is 4 pm.
Late check-ins are never a problem since the concierge is 24/7 and the unit is on s keyless pad.

Check-out time is 10 am.

LAUNDRY AND SNACK MACHINE

Guests can access the laundry room and snack machines in the basement level. Just walk straight ahead and left at the vending machines. You can buy a laundry card in the basement and load the card with $5 cash (no charge) or credit/debit card.

You’ll have complete access, except for the locked closet that you see on your right upon entering the condo.
Other things to note
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms, there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the airflow.

No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please contact the concierge, staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8 pm.

Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
