Yes I enjoyed the stay and liked how it was so close to everything also you were very communicative I do apologize for the smoke sensor kept going off but it all fell in place when they did the cleaning once again thank you for having me and being understanding with me. Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. I would advise that you do have to park on the side of the road there is not driveway parking and it is a small road. There also needs to be a weather strip at the back door as ants were heavy at the crack of the door and outback. The host was pleasantly helpful would book again.

Great location for our crew that was working downtown Atlanta. Older neighborhood with a great family atmosphere. Host was 5 star!

We enjoyed our stay and the host was lovely. The home is located in a quite neighborhood not too far from downtown. Just a heads up there’s about 15 steps before you get to the front door so brace yourself for a mini workout lol

The host was very nice however the property reeked of pet urine when I arrived. They graciously sent out someone to clean but the stench permeated throughout the house. It put a damper on my entire trip

Could’ve been better?

The place looked way better in the pictures, when I first walked in felt like I walked straight in a desert it was so hot inside but the host did what he can to make my stay well rounded and I appreciate that, however with the fans it was still hot , no toilet paper at all, and smelled of old pipes maybe busted?

Cute house

This is a cute house just out of town but only minutes away from Mercedes Benz stadium. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our emails and concerns. The only concern I would have would be if you had someone with mobility issues. There are steps to get into the house that are a little steep. If we come back to Alantia GA will definitely stay here again.

Atlanta didn’t disappoint!

The inside of the house is super cute! Good lighting & open floor plan is spacious & plenty of room for large family. My only suggestion would be to get a larger couch/more seating in the living room. With a 4 bedroom home & you have more than 3 people, the couch is really small & the spare chairs aren’t very comfortable for lounging. The floors were pretty sticky but appeared clean. We enjoyed the fenced in back patio, especially for our dog! Being a small lot, some landscaping/yard clean up wouldn’t be much work but highly suggested. We kept the broom in the kitchen to sweep out leaves & debris when coming in & out. A cordless sweeper vacuum would be ideal for the hard floors throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & enjoyed the convenience of restaurants & close to the city. Host Kantroy was easy to communicate with (even though we never got out bottle of wine😉sorry you were sick Host Kantroy!) when we come back to Atlanta, we will definitely check out this property again!

Terrible

It’s hot in two rooms and cold and the other ones everyone got sick because it was so cold in Atlanta. Everything is broke is no hot water you use it for five minutes and run out they say on a belt line and is in the hood of Bankhead the Customer Service is terrible. I contacted him about things that was going on at the property and they did nothing about it. Everything is old They were so rude and disorderly. I will never ever ever book with them again and I do not like the way that they treated us. They have bugs…they told me they don’t care what was wrong with the property. I will never get any money back and nor would they do anything about it and they’re gonna fight it till the end do not book with them.

Nasty disaster

Don’t get me wrong the setup of the house was cute but very nasty an it stink mostly smell like wet dogs the bath rms an bed rms were nasty meaning sheets pillow cases not a comfortable feeling to sleep lucky we brought our own just in case the sofa had stains so we had put a sheet on it don’t know when the last time house was swept thoroughly debris in every corner there was other peoples hair along the walls an on the toilet in the bathroom dead bugs on n the tub behind the bathroom door yes I have my pictures of everything I’m stating kitchen we had to bleach an Lysol the counters an the fridge just nasty then the picture that was broken hanging on wall fell an hit my daughter on her back while she was holding my grand baby they also have a ant problem in that front rm these kids got bit my sis slept in master an she is bit on her legs need to check for bed bugs an I do have pictures the problem started when the house sleeps 9 an they told me I could only have 4 people to stay then get there an have to clean so we can enjoy cause they did tell us no refund so we tried to enjoy our stay the best way we could please do not believe the pictures that they are showing to get u too rent the back yard we were not able to use soooo nasty an unsanitary an smell like wet dogs I really think somebody live there when the house is not booked cause he pulled up to get his clothes out the wash an it was 2 big bags
