Multiple restaurants are within a few blocks, and iconic attractions like Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the Center for Civil & Human Rights are within walking distance. Our condo offers a true home away from home, making your stay in Atlanta both luxurious and convenient.

There are shared spaces in the building that guests and residents have access to:
— Gym (key fob access; located on the basement level)-Temporary closed for maintaining
— Outdoor Pool (key fob access; accessible from the basement level, open from May to September)
— Laundry Room (paid - coin or card; located on the basement level)
Other things to note
★ We are pleased to offer one free parking spot in the condominium's on-site parking lot for your convenience. Please ensure you park in the designated spot to avoid any towing, as we cannot be held responsible for any tows or incidents. While the parking lot is privately managed by a third party and may not always meet the highest standards, alternative parking options are available nearby if you prefer.
★ All guests are required to check in with the 24/7 front lobby concierge and security, and IDs will be scanned for all guests on the reservation.
★ Kindly keep in mind that you will be sharing the building with other guests, residents, and homeowners. Please be respectful and considerate of your surroundings. Please note that this is not a hotel and hotel-level amenities and services may not be available
★ Our charming and historical building, The Landmark, is seasonally regulated for heating and air conditioning. However, we have provided a portable heating and cooling unit in the condo to ensure that you have a comfortable stay with us.
★ At our cozy condo, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. While downtown Atlanta is a lively and exciting area, it's important to be mindful of your surroundings, including occasional homeless individuals and city sounds like traffic. Rest easy with 24/7 front lobby concierge and security, and know that local police and the Downtown Atlanta Ambassador Force Services are always available for any assistance you may need.
★Our building is currently undergoing some exciting updates in the lobby area. The construction area is fully covered, and there are blowers in the lobby floor and hallways to manage any odors. If you find them too loud at night, you’re welcome to turn them off. We appreciate your understanding during this time and hope you enjoy your stay!
