Rental Agreement & Damage Deposit
To help ensure a smooth and secure experience for both guests and hosts, we kindly require all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit is due prior to arrival to cover any potential incidentals or damages. The full amount is returned after checkout, provided everything is in order.

Gatherings and Events
Lion’s Gate Estate is the perfect setting for intimate gatherings and special events. We welcome celebrations, weddings, and other occasions that exceed the 20 guest maximum. If you`re planning to host an event that exceeds the 20 guest limit, please reach out to us for prior approval, rules & regulations, and event pricing.

Cancelations & Refunds
We have a 60-day cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their reservation more than 60 days prior to check-in for a full refund, minus a non-refundable 4% processing fee to cover credit card and administrative costs. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

• Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am (no outdoor music)
• Maximum overnight occupancy: 20 people
• No food or beverages in the rooms
• No smoking inside (outside allowed)
• No indoor flames (candles, fires, etc.)
• No loose decorations (i.e., glitter, confetti, flower pedals, etc.)
• No wall mounted accessories or decorations
• No glass near pool/spa
• No floating decorations in the pool/spa
• DO NOT tamper with or try to adjust pool/spa controls. Ask Property Manager for assistance
• No fire arms or fireworks
• No pets
• No parking on the grass
• Please close the gate when no one is on the property
