„It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed. Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response) Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is ...

„There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay “
