„The lack of empathy due to my inability to fly to the east coast and the necessity to cancel my trip. I was attending a family reunion on my 70th birthday due to over 250 cancelation and close to 1000 delays. Flying into Albany was not possible unless I want to have multiple stops and take 10-12 hours of travel. It was not worth. All my monies were refunded except from them.“
