Sugar Glyfada

This is a unique privacy focused villa next to the beautiful Glyfada Golf club, crafted to host beautiful moments and memories. Located in a quite neighborhood, just 25min walk from the center of Glyfada or the sea side. The building surrounds the pool making it part of the house. It offers a spacious summer-fruit tree garden with plenty of spots to relax, enjoy the sun, catch a tan, play in the pool or dine.

The space:
The house offers 3 bedrooms in the first floor. All of them have double beds and plenty of sunshine in the morning.
There is a fourth room in the semi-basement with a double bed and window facing the side of the house - ideal for "grown" kids seeking some independence or guests that want more privacy. On the same floor you will find a large TV playroom - for cozy movie nights.
There is one bathroom in the first floor and another smaller bathroom in the semi-basement.
On ground floor, you will find the kitchen with a large dining table, and the living room - both offer direct access and view to the fruit-garden and the pool.
Outside in the garden - plenty of space to relax under the trees, sunbath and then dive into the cool refreshing pool. You will also find an outdoor kitchen to prepare food, drinks or your smashed burgers for the gas grill. Rinse and repeat!
