Polytimon, an Athenian Neoclassical Apartment

We are pleased to host you in our fully renovated Νeoclassical - Art Deco apartment located in the heart of the historic center of the Athenian state. Just 350 m from Syntagma Square and 450 m from Monastiraki Square (3'-5' on foot), Polytimon ('Precious') gives the visitors the opportunity not only to live in the pulse of the Athenian society, but also to enjoy in comfort their activities. Stated in the heart of the capital's historic and commercial triangle, the visitors can easily and quickly do their shopping, all-day 'n' night excursions choosing among a wide range of Athens' best bars and restaurants, plural sight-seeing, museums and archaeological sites (the Parthenon, Theseum, Plaka, Kerameikos, Monastiraki), etc. Staying in our lovely apartment, the visitors have this great chance to be hosted in one of the most famous and unique architectural achievements of the Interwar Period, dated back in the early 19th century. Polytimon is extended up to 250 sqm., designed to function either as a single apartment, yet able to comfortably accommodate 12 people the least, or being divided into three autonomous, spacious apartments - 'Kotinos', 'Psellion' and 'Periapton' -, all three keeping their personal minimalistic aesthetic. Polytimon, a place where during the last century was honored to house quite a number of silver/goldsmitheries, consists our proud result of the attempt to a yearslong reconstruction, re-designed and renovated in a way not only friendly to its historic essence, but fresh and corresponding to the Greek and European tradition, combining the modern with the classical style, it gives its guests the opportunity to enjoy moments of quiet and relaxation by providing every possible comfort and giving a taste of past decades’ Athenian daily life.

Polytimon apartment has :
- Three capacious fully equiped kitchens with dining tables for 12 -14 persons. Two of them shared the same area with two living rooms, where a semi-double bed fitting for (one adult or two children) guests and a bed/sofa (one adult or two children). Both rooms owns simple TVs.
- A central Living room with a HD Smart TV and A/C and two bed/sofas fitting for (two to four) guests.
-Three cozy and capacious bedrooms with double beds, comfort wardrobes, dressing tables with chairs and mirrors. The third bedroom has an extra bed/sofa fitting for (one adult or two kids). All bedrooms own an A/C.
- Three cozy marbled bathrooms with shower and washing maschines.
- A fully equiped laundry room which includes a large capacity washing machine, a large dryer machine, iron, ironing board, ironing press, etc.
