Luxuriöses Penthouse, das die Akropolis berührt!

Brand New (Nov. 2017) High-End-Luxus-Penthouse im Zentrum von Athen mit außergewöhnlichen 45 qm Veranda mit direktem, freiem Blick auf die Akropolis (Ansichtskarte!), Tempel des Zeus, Phillopappou Hill sowie das Meer. Die Glastrennwand bringt buchstäblich die Akropolis innerhalb der Wohnung.

Es ist nur einen Katzensprung von der Akropolis selbst, dem Akropolis Museum, der Akropolis Metrostation (3 Min. Zu Fuß) und dem Tempel des Zeus entfernt. Bleiben Sie im Herzen des antiken Athen!

Das Penthouse-Apartment verfügt über BoConcept-Möbel. Zusätzlich 3 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Doppelbetten mit Dunlopillo-Latex-Matratze. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben direkten, unverbaubaren Blick auf die Akropolis. Alle Zimmer sind mit einem 43-Zoll-Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Die offene Küche aus geschmiedetem Zement und das Wohnzimmer mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher machen den Innenraum geräumig und verbinden den Blick von den hinteren Fenstern mit der Akropolis-Aussicht auf die vordere Veranda.
Die Badezimmer sind mit geschmiedetem Zement (sowie dem gesamten Fußboden der Wohnung) mit Regendusche ausgestattet.
Zu guter Letzt bietet der Ort Gemälde, die von einem berühmten Künstler speziell für die jeweilige Wohnung entworfen wurden.

Unsere Gäste genießen vollen, exklusiven privaten Zugang zu der gesamten Wohnung.

Unsere Gäste können jederzeit mit unserem Concierge für jegliche Hilfe und lokale Vorschläge kommunizieren. Außerdem erhalten Sie während des Check-In Informationen und eine E-Map mit Informationen zu Restaurants, archäologischen Stätten, Bars usw.


Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage von Athen. Alle archäologischen Stätten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie das Akropolis-Museum und die Metrostation Akropolis, der Tempel des Olympischen Zeus, das Panathenäische Stadion und das Plaka-Viertel, das der älteste Teil der Stadt ist.

Penthouse perfect view

Check in/out instructions were excellent, easy to follow. We had an amazing view of the Acropolis from our balcony. Plenty of room for all of us. It might be helpful to have instructions for the appliances (cook top, washer, oven) to prevent mishaps. Wonderful accommodations I would recommend again.

This is an amazing View

This was a spectacular and super easy rental site. Our host was super accommodating with our life last minute travel Changes and allowed us to store our luggage before check in. We had plenty of room for our adult children. Bonus! we each had a view of the acropolis feom the roof top deck. Gorgeous View!

We spent two nights at this rental and it was great! The view is just gorgeous and it's in an area that is central to seeing lots of famous sites that were on our list. The AC works amazingly well and we really enjoyed our stay! Giolena was super responsive and helpful with airport transportation! I would definitely return to this spot again!

Stunning view - great location - wonderful host

You are footsteps for all of ancient Greece. The view at night is spectacular. Being only 10 minutes walk from the start of all the main sights makes this an ideal tourist location. All the car hire centres are next door. The majority of the restuarants are up towards the main square so 15 - 20 minutes walk. The lift only takes two persons so being on the top floor - if you have 6 the other 4 need to be fit! Easy to highly recommend.

The apartment itself is super nice, very nicely equipped, and super clean itself. The view is unbelievably beautiful and the location for walking is very good. Every lower review score I am leaving is about the building… the entrance to the building… the entryway - inside the locked and secure building, the elevator - were very very very dirty. Something a broom, a vacume, a mop and soapy water, could take care of. Unfortunately, you have to pass through these areas - every time you go in and out. We have stayed in Athens a couple of times previously and this was not an issue. I am sorry I can’t give this apartment a perfect score. I feel like reviews need to be honest. I do NOT, need extravagance, but I need simply clean. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful family vacation in Athens; the history, fresh food, and local people are really a treasure to visit.

If you stay here you will quickly fall deeply in love with Athens. We enjoyed stunning views of Acropolis at all times of the day and night. There are numerous wonderful local shops and restaurants and a marketplace within easy walking distance from the property. We took a private tour and our driver picked us up right outside and took us to all of the best local sites. This was our second visit to Athens. The cuisine was incredible, the people were wonderful and the accommodations were exceptional. We would definitely like to stay again.

Ways to get to 5 stars

Washclothes, towels and paper towels - we need more. Remotes for air conditioners needed new batteries, need new coffee pot. The air conditioner in the small bedroom was VERY noisy. Body wash for showers? Location was great!!! The balcony was wonderful and internet was good - a great place to stay!

Nice location apartment

Apartment is a typical renting apartment. Clean and contemporary. Close to attraction places. We stayed at 6th floor, but elevator only can take 2 person once. We have six peoples, most of us walked up/ down stairs. Unfortunately the day we checked in , the elevator did not work. Therefore, this apt is suitable for physical relative strong persons.

Fantastic location and views

We enjoyed our short stay in Athens. R apartment was well equipped, excellent air-conditioning (Athens was HOT) and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, the Segway tour, the Plaka and more. Sixth floor access with a small elevator meant some extra walking, not that would not deter us from returning. The host was great... Simple instructions and ready process.

Athens at your Fingertips

This property has it all- great location, fantastic view of the Acropolis, comfy beds, equipped kitchen, and attentive management. The balcony is enormous, and it was hard to leave that view and go tour the city. The apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, and the neighbors are mostly very quiet businesses. If I had to find on single area of improvement, the showers could use more pressure, but I assume that's an issue throughout the city. This is the perfect place for a larger group of friends or family who want to have a place to crash together. The living room also overlooks the Acropolis, we never turned on the TV because who would with that view! We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room to relax. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, adding to the perfection of this location.

Great location, a few issues with the condo

The location and view of the Acropolis was amazing. 5 minute walk to the Plaka and Acropolis. The apartment had lots of space for everyone. There were 6 adults in our group. Beds and pillows were comfy. Issues were, 1set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel) per person per stay. We were there 4 nights. Listing says fresh towels available upon request. What they don't tell you is that it is 25 euros for 2 sets of fresh towels. We stayed at 2 other rentals during this trip, one in Athens and 1 in Crete, no one else charged for extra towels. We also had no hot water on Day 4 and Day 5 (check out day) We informed the host, but all we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email. With no offer for someone to come fix it or any compensation. Also, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom off the living room did not work well. The room was hot.

The good: The views are absolutely stunning and as advertised. The location is excellent with many great restaurants within walking distance. The place is pretty clean, open and the deck is awesome especially at night The bad: 3rd room is pretty noisy with the fan in that room. Only a couple towels were provided for the whole stay. The sink backed up, and we got no reply. We were provided an incorrect address in an email and it cost us €37 to go to a wrong address when we got there. Make sure you have the correct address. The ugly: The Hella meals had the wrong address and took an hour and a half and when it came it was the nastiest breakfast we’ve ever had. My son and I ate the pancakes and we both got a stomachache In all, the property was amazing and we would stay there again so despite some of those issues, I would still have to give it five stars.
