Es ist voll möbliert, modern eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist tagsüber spektakulär und vor allem nachts, wenn Sie im erleuchteten Parthenon die Hauptrolle spielen.

Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Doppelbetten und 2 Badezimmer. Die Küche ist komplett mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Besteck, Geschirr und Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine, Toaster und eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Sie genießen Ihren kostenlosen Kaffee während Ihres Aufenthalts.
Natürlich sind die Betten bereits gemacht, mit frisch gebügelten Laken von Coco-Mat. Außerdem gibt es für jeden von Ihnen saubere Handtücher.

Fabulous balcony view of Acropolis

Great location in central old-town Athens with an excellent balcony view of the Acropolis and sunsets. Very modern apartment, quiet, with lots of room and window light which made the space enjoyable. Beds were really nice. Kitchen amenities were okay, but bathrooms could have been a little cleaner around the showers. Restaurants, farmer’s market, and wine shops all nearby. The property manager was great, very responsive in all communications, and helpful in getting us oriented upon arrival.

Great apartment in Plaka

Meno is a great management company to work with and they run this property. They were so helpful arranging transfers as we arranged this trip. They identified a tour director to help plan a tour as well. They met us at the apartment at check in to make sure we knew how to get in and use the apartment. The apartment is very modern with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, a full kitchen and a den with a pull out sofa. The view is amazing of the Acropolis. There is a covered deck that we used frequently to enjoy this one of a kind view. The apartment is in a mid rise building, but can be accessed via steps or an elevator. The apartment is located in Plaka - a great and safe neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants. Loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in Athens

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location could not have been better, it was within walking distance to everything. It was on a nice quiet street with an incredible view of the Acropolis. The balcony was awesome to soak up the view and the sunshine. Communication before the stay was easy and the check in/out process was smooth.

Location, location, location (and views!)

The apartment is perfectly located on a quiet pedestrian street that is close to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. George’s assistant met us upon arrival (helped get our bags up in the lift) and explained WiFi password, key, etc. George’s team basically served to replace the concierge at a hotel - they arranged our early morning transfer to the airport and also arranged for a wonderful driver for a day trip to the Monasteries of Meteora. The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon from the balcony of the apartment is incredible, especially at night. It was a perfect home base to walk to great restaurants in the Plaka, and to the nearby Acropolis. We also walked to Monastiraki Market and the subway station (passing Hadrian’s Library en route), and to Syntagma Square and the Parliament Building (strolled through the National Gardens), where we saw the Changing of the Guard. Two couples were comfortable at the apartment, although we spent very little time there! If we had to provide a constructive feedback - we could have used a dish towel and more bath towels during our stay, but these likely would have been provided if we had asked. Another key to the apartment would also have been handy (electronic key access would be even better) for two couples -but we were so busy it didn't occur to us to request it. Well stocked closet - we used the iron and also an umbrella - didn't need the washer/dryer during our stay. Again- perfect location and AMAZING views. Thank you George!

A Luxurious Athenian Oasis: Unbeatable Acropolis Views and Five-Star Hospitality in Plaka

Our stay in this 2-bedroom suite in Plaka was nothing short of magical. Where do I even begin? Let's start with that jaw-dropping view of the Acropolis—a splendid sight that could easily be the best in Athens. The apartment itself is a masterpiece, fully redesigned with modern decor and top-of-the-line furnishings. Safety was never a concern; both the building and apartment boast excellent security measures. And then there's George, the host with the most. Not only did he manage all our transfers in Athens, but he was a fountain of local knowledge, ready to assist immediately. The apartment offers more than just a comfortable stay. It feels like a home away from home with its fully equipped kitchen. We savored our morning coffee while taking in the awe-inspiring views of the flag raising at the Parthenon. Space is ample, with two queen-sized beds and two pristine bathrooms, all supplied with high-quality linens and towels. And, of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, keeping us connected during our stay. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Situated in the vibrant heart of Athens, you're within walking distance of every must-visit spot: Syntagma, Monastiraki, Kolonaki, and more. Want to sample traditional Greek fare? A myriad of taverns are just steps away. Fancy a glass of wine? Drunky Goat, a fabulous wine bar, is a mere five-minute walk.

The apartment was dirty. Meno Properties is useless

The apartment was not representative as online. Most important is was not clean. The previous guests left eye glasses in the shower and the cleaning lady did not see rhem. The bathroom glass doors were full of water marks. The sliding door to the small deck was dirty. Finger prints all of the kitchen cabinets. Floors not washed. We were there for 2 nights only. The day we arrived from Boston, one day of touring. We spent 10 days in Greece. Athen was the only disappointment. The furniture is old and shappy. The air conditioning is very out dated & doesnt work well.

One Week in Athens

This was our first visit to Athens and we wanted to visit popular tourist attractions. The property's location and view are unbeatable for this purpose. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The in-person check-in was helpful too. There are several grocery stores within walking distance. We were traveling with my elderly parents and were really counting on the elevator which worked great. Most cabs/shuttles don't pull into the narrow alleys so our pick-ups and drop-offs were at the intersection about 50m from the apartment, which wasn't a problem but just something to know.

Return to Athens

This property was perfect for us the location simply can’t be beat, 2 min walk to Plaka where you will find all the restaurants bars and shopping opportunities. The apt was modern recently totally renovated the VRBO pics are accurate deck area looks right at the Acropolis and at at night the lighting on the Acropolis is spectacular. Check in to the apt was easy George meet us outside and showed us everything inside we needed to know, communication with the management team was flawless and the area was very safe to explore. For us it was a return to Athens our last trip there was 1986! We even ate ate the same tavern which was still there after all these years. If you can book this accommodation do it!!

Wonderful Location

Walk out the apartment to the left and from the end of the street you are in the back lanes of Plaka with tavernas, shops and bars. The apartment is perfect, the view from the balcony of the Acropolis is wonderful. The apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath. Both bathrooms are accessed from the hall, neither is en-suite but that wasn't a problem for us. Kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, we never ate in in the evening as there were so many great places to eat locally. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay near all the sights of Athens
