The apartment is on the 7th floor and reached via lift until 6th and 13 stairs for the 7th floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware (pots, pan, utensils). Salt, pepper, sugar, extra virgin cretan olive oil, vinegar, coffee and tea pots are provided.
There is hot water 24/7 through an installed solar panel.
The household appliances available for use are a coffee maker, a toaster and a boiler
To facilitate and ameliorate your stay, a series of amenities like shampoo, body soap etc are available for use.
The Bed' s dimensions are 145cm x 190 cm.
The mattress of the bed and the pillows are hypoallergenic. Cleaned ,ironed towels and sheets are provided.
Netflix is also available for your entertainment . Moreover, there are converters/ adaptors for the plugs.
In the flat, you will find maps of Athens and Greece, restaurants' brochures, leaflets about organised tours, daily excursions around the Argosaronic golf and other kind of interesting activities.
The flat is fully equipped with fire extinguishers, (smoke) detector and a first-aid kit.
