The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the overall layout allows guests to move comfortably between sleeping and living areas. The interior is designed for everyday ease rather than luxury hotel services, and while the apartment is spacious and well cared for, details such as floor level, elevator access, and private parking are not provided and should be considered by guests who require step-free access or guaranteed parking.



The suite is located about 4 km from the historic center of Athens, offering a more local and energetic neighborhood feel while remaining well connected to major attractions. Landmarks such as the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, and the National Archaeological Museum are easily reachable by public transport or taxi. The nearest metro stop, Attiki Station, is approximately 1 km away, while local supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and neighborhood tavernas can be found within walking distance. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00; if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner, and check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. As in all of Athens and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
