The home is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from Maniatika Metro Station, providing direct access to central Athens, the Acropolis, Monastiraki, Syntagma Square, Piraeus Port, and Athens International Airport. Piraeus Port is also only a short drive away, making Athelio an ideal base for exploring the Greek islands.

Within walking distance you'll find supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and a convenience store open daily from 08:00 to 22:30, making everyday essentials easy to access. A renal care facility is also located approximately 250 metres from the property.
