The cozy, welcoming and traditional apartment named Andromaxi near SNFCC is located in the coast side of Kallithea, called Tzitzifies, which is the connecting district between the historical center and the coastal zone of Athens.
At a distance of 5 minutes walk the area is adorned by the multifunctional, environmentally sustainable center of education, art, sports and recreation Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) and next the visitors can enjoy the picturesque Μarina of Palaio Faliro. The Onassis Cardiovascular Surgery Center and the Rea Maternity Hospital are just a stone's throw away.

The apartment is located near the beach side of Athens and specifically between the central Avenue of Athens (Syggrou Avenue) that connects the center of Athens with the Southern Suburbs and the central Kallithea Avenue (Eleftheriou Venizelou Avenue), which connects the shopping center of city with the coastal zone.
At a distance of only 50 meters, on the commercial street of Dimosthenous Street, there is a bus station with four connecting bus lines to the Athens Metro (Syggrou - Fix station) and Kallithea station.

Around the apartment building, there is a noiseless neighborhood where our visitors can find everything they may need such as supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more.

Apartment description and amenities
The apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment building, it is corner, sunny and airy with an unlimited view.
The apartment accommodates a spacious living room with a dining table and a 4-seater sofa that can accommodate one more guest, a library equipped with Greek and English books and board games for minors and adults, a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, Nespresso machine, coffee machine , microwave, toaster, one bedroom with a king-size bed, with wardrobe and work space, another bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and work space and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The apartment also has 50 Mpbs wifi, Smart TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.). All areas are air-conditioned, provide you with the comfort you need and have access to the perimeter balcony.
For the convenience of our guests, there is a key box with a code at the entrance of the apartment building.
Baby high chair and travel cot available upon request. Portable babycot available.

At the entrance of the building you will find a key box. Enter the Lock Box code and remove the apartment keys. The apartment located on the 4th floor. When you reach the 4th floor you will find the apartment on your right.

During your Stay

For hot water please push up the switch on the electricity board that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
