Avra Residence is an apartment on the second floor of the building. There is one bedroom with a double bed (can also be separated to two twins), a bathroom (with shower), a living area with a sofa that can be set as a double bed, a dining table and a kitchenette, as well as a balcony.

Aionion Residences by K&K is a newly renovated building in Thission that opened its doors to guests in March of 2024.
There are 13 apartments and a spacious roof garden on the fourth floor, with stunning view to the Acropolis.
The inspiration of the architect, Shiraz Nader, was the beautiful and vibrant 70’s, taking the trends from that era and giving them a contemporary twist.
Warm wood and marble dominate in the building, tied with original mosaics and unique decorative elements.
The earthy colors prevail: white, grey and teal. But the color of olive is the absolute protagonist.
