„The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. „The town of Woodstock is about 15 minutes away. The view of the Catskills was incredible from the back screened in porch. Nice and clean and well equipped. “

„House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. „Great stay for our bi-annual friends reunion! This place had everything - the lake was well-equipped with kayaks, mini kayaks for the kids, pedal boat, etc. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, and enough plates bowls cups and a big table to gather around. Grill, seating areas for reading or morning coffees, fire pit, hot tub. And of course the sauna! Everything worked great and was so comfortable for our stay. Great communication from our host - absolutely would recommend!!“

„This loveley cottage is exactly as it looks online. Relaxing by the stream was so peaceful and we saw local wildlife. Very close to Woodstock which is a cute town with lots of restaurants. We came up to visit Northlake State park which was 30 min away. Jane is also very nice host.“
