Enjoy this private, gated hilltop home located in the west hills of Atascadero on 2.5 acres of oak-studded forest, centrally located in San Luis Obispo County, just about 30 minutes drive from all of these popular destinations: the bustling city of San Luis Obispo, the Cal Poly University campus, the beaches of Morro Bay and the Wine Country of Paso Robles. But you might not want to leave this peaceful oasis, with your own private pool in the courtyard, a fire pit with seating on the front porch and amazing sunset and sunrise views and another fire pit table near the pool!

Inside guests will enjoy four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms, a great room with two fireplaces, plus a chef's dream kitchen with a large stainless steel prep island island with pasta sink and bar, wine fridge, double ovens and a gas range. Relax by the pool during the day, and then enjoy cooking a wonderful meal for your group in the evening. The owners live here part of the year, but love to welcome guests and share their little slice of paradise on the Central Coast. Enjoy comfortable Cal King beds in each bedroom suite, each with its own attached full bathroom, including a Jacuzzi-style deep soaking jetted tub in the primary bedroom ensuite. The Family Suite also features twin over twin trundle beds and a full size crib, plus a separate entrance. The den bedroom features a queen size floor mattress and doors that close, for privacy

Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $390 for a two- to three-night visit and an additional $90 a night for each additional night after three, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. The pool temperature can be set to the low to mid 80s and generally, the ideal temperature for a pool is between 78°F and 85°F, although most adults prefer 85°F to 89°F.

For guest safety and water quality, we cannot heat the pool above 85°F. At higher temperatures, algae and bacteria can grow, and chlorine becomes less effective at keeping the water clear and safe.

Guests are required to provide the following to finalize their reservation through our reservation software after booking: Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and complete the authorization for the security deposit 2 days prior to arriving at the property.

NOTE: This home has security cameras recording both audio and video 24/7 for your safety and that of the property when vacant. Tampering with security cameras is a violation of house rules and could result in immediate eviction without refund. NO PETS/ANIMALS - the homeowners live here part time and have grandchildren with severe allergies-any animals brought on the property without permission will incur a $1000 fine and may be evicted without refund.
