Schallisolierte Fenster. Alles sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tip Top. Einzig: es gibt keinen persönlichen Check In. Man muss vorab per Internet oder App einchecken und seine Ausweiskopien hochladen. Fazit: echte Empfehlung für einen Oviedo Besuch.“

„Staff was mostly great and responsive to make things right in every way. There was “one thing” that has yet to be completed but I’m hope it will be? Location was in the heart of old town and easily walkable to most historic sites bars and restaurants. Sound proofing was great for this inner city property. If you require laundry facilities this is your place. I will modify this review once the “one thing” is completed to my liking.“

„Beautifully designed property surrounded by local farms and close to the quaint village of Tazones, only a 25 minute drive to Villaviciosa. You can hike directly to Tazones and a few other routes right from the property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen has decent cookware and good silverware and plates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.“

„Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay.“

„A solid holiday apartment, large living room, nice bedroom, good bathroom and all the right things in the kitchen. Very close to a good beach, though it was still early in the year for it. Walking distance to the town's centre, giving you some more quiet staying on the side of it but not too far. A couple of regular supermarkets nearby. The view is not super spectacular, but the location is great regardless.“

„The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space ...
