„Overall nice stay!“

„The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and in super condition, the bedrooms are great so everyone can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Loads of beach gear provided, games as well. Location convenient to get to beach, shopping, mainland bridge, boat trips and eating out. Very much enjoyed the evening sun sitting on the swing on the front porch.“

„Such a cozy, immaculate clean and peaceful loft that we were so grateful to find and will be returning often! It’s the small things that are big for us and the fresh eggs left in the refrigerator for us to enjoy was a big added touch to our awesome weekend getaway along with a few other things …we enjoyed everything! Loved feeding the goats and watching the chickens! Thank you so much Sarah & Jensen for providing such a peaceful and beautiful loft! Oh the light on top the loft shines so ...

„Very clean, recently renovated unit. View of the marsh was great. Perfect for couples getaway. Kitchenette was stocked with needed items such as soap, sponge, paper towels. We plan to stay here again. “

„The space is lovely and we would absolutely come again! Kitchen very well stocked with tools and spices. Check-in was a little tricky because google maps led us to the parking lot for the business next door - we could see the hotel, but actually had to drive about a mile around to get to the right parking lot. The after hours line was not someone familiar with the property so they weren’t very able to help us which was a bummer. Everyone was very responsive and helpful during regular hours, but ...

„Convenient amenities at Assateague Point, easy access to Assateague Island and OCMD. Everything in the unit was clean, in proper working order, and we had everything we needed for our family with young children. Would definitely stay here again.“

„My husband & I stayed for a night after spending the day at Assateague State Park. Location is ideal as we walked to several shops then dinner at Blacksmith (highly recommend). Cute apartment but the bathroom is a tight fit (we are not large people). Plenty of outlets & lighting. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Great communication with the host!! We would stay again.“

„Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area.“

„Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. “
