It’s well positioned to the nearby Stockland Mall at Greenhills which has an excellent food court and retail outlets. „Very clean. The staff were excellent. Room service food was delicious and delivered piping hot and quickly. Facility is aged and needs some basic maintenance, there was a tear in the carpet which was a trip hazard. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked beautifully. „Check-in war eine Katastrophe. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, wird normalerqeise eine Email für den Check-in geschickt. In unserem Fall jedoch nicht. Wir standen also vor verschlossener Tür und mussten erstmal vor yort den Check-in über einen Weblink machen. Danach haben wir eine SMS erhalten, der einen Zugangscode enthalten sollte. Tat es aber nicht. Also wieder das Callcenter kontaktiert und dann endlich den Code erhalten. Der Spaß hat insgesamt 40 Minuten gedauert. Zimmer war ok. Leider konnten ...

„This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. „As soon as I opened the door to my room a strong urine smell hit me. Even with an open window the smell did not go away. The pictures indicated a sink in the room which was not there. The bathrooms were okay and the staff was friendly but very short with explaining the hotel and surroundings. The price of course was cheap but for me not worth it and I would not stay there again.“
