"we had a room with partial nile view on the 14th floor which fully matched the description upon booking. The service in the hotel was excellent, the cleanliness of the room, too. The room comprises a Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge. The balcony is closed for security reasons, but was openened by the staff immediately upon request. A great variety of food is offered for breakfast, with tables also outside. The Outdoor Pool has a great view. The hotel is close to a metro station ("Opera") which allows reaching coptic Kairo as well as islamic Kairo and some other areas by metro easily. Organizing a Taxi or UBER worked out fine, too. "
