„露天風呂温泉が最高です。 バーベキューをするテラスは、建物から２メートルほど下にあるのですが、岩を積み上げた階段で上り下りする必要があり、少し危ない気がしました。屋根があり雨が降っても問題なかったです。 乾燥機付きの洗濯機があり、洗剤も付属してたので助かりました。 歯ブラシを忘れたのですが、置いてなかったので少し困りました。 近所に買い物出来るようなところはなかったです。“

But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response. ...
