Everything great as it always is. This Hotel is very consistently good. Our only problem, which is at 95% of all hotels, was that the hot tub was not working. The hotel is nicely renovated. The restaurant and bar are very nice with good food and drinks. The coffee shop had excellent coffee. The housekeeper I spoke with was lovely and so was the barista in the coffee shop. The front desk people on arrival and departure were pretty awful. Neither cracked ...

Wunderschön restauriertes Seehaus am Ufer des Erler Sees.
Beautiful location, quiet and everything we needed. Living room area is smaller but fit our needs. We'd visit again. ( And plan too!)

Our large family had a magical Christmas! Our beautifully decorated rented home had everything we needed . We were all very comfortable during the day and night time sleeping . We had private spaces and family get together areas .
