Duschen ist eher ein Abendteuer, aber möglich (eng, kaum Wasser wenn sonst noch irgendwo Wasser entnommen wird, Temperaturschwankungen). Man kann bei den aktuellen Preisen viel Geld sparen, wenn man nicht gegenüber wie empfohlen, sondern Station Road West Multi Storey Car Park parkt (Oberdeck).“

„4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!). Great kitchen facilities (so you can easily self-cater if you want) and excellent shower, better accommodation than a hotel if visiting the area IMHO. „Ein wirklich sehr schön renoviertes Cottage mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, obwohl man natürlich wissen sollte, das dieses Objekt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammt und die Klimatischen Bedingungen speziell zu kälteren Jahreszeiten ein gewisses vermindertes Kälteempfinden der Bewohner voraussetzt. Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden zu wärmen Jahreszeiten gerne wiederkommen.“

„Typisch britisch, kleines Cottage , gemütlich .Nicht geeignet für ältere , da die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern sehr steil ist .Darauf sollte man achten …Ansonsten sehr schön , in der Nähe kann man gleich einkaufen und in wenigen Kilometern erreicht man rye , welches man unbedingt besuchen sollte .“

„The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens.
