Soak in the private hot tub with the creek running past the fence line, then pull up a chair at the fire pit. This 2023-built East Asheville home has two upstairs queen bedrooms, each with its own mini split for heat and AC, a full kitchen with coffee station, in unit laundry, and a big fully fenced backyard your dog will love. Downtown, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Tunnel Road shopping are all a short drive. Dogs welcome at $25 per dog per night.



The Space:

Built in 2023, 950 square feet, open floor plan with plank floors and a lot of natural light.



Upstairs

• Bedroom 1: queen bed, closet, dresser, mounted TV, & its own mini split heat and AC

• Bedroom 2: queen bed, closet, mounted TV, & its own mini split heat and AC

• Full bath with tub and shower. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash & towels provided

• Washer and dryer



Main level

• Living room with a large flat screen TV and a sofa bed, so the house sleeps 6

• Kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, drip and Keurig coffee makers with coffee stocked, blender, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, wine glasses and a dining table

• Half bath

• Desk and wifi for a work day



Outside

• Private, fully fenced backyard, big enough for a dog to run (with gate for the stairs)

• Hot tub, open year round

• Fire pit with outdoor seating

• Creek along the edge of the yard; you can hear it from the hot tub

• free driveway parking



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours except one locked owner's closet. Self check in with a smart lock, check in after 4 PM, checkout by 10 AM.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential street in East Asheville a few minutes off Tunnel Road. Grocery, gas and restaurants are a short drive, and the house sits next to open field and a creek, so you get birds, deer and quiet at night.

Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome at $25 per dog per night. Please add them to the reservation so the pet fee applies.



Local rules require a signed rental agreement and ID verification for every stay. We use Happy Guest for this. It is a secure website, not an app, and there is no account to create. It also gives you a guest portal with the house info and our favorite local spots.



The only camera is a video doorbell at the front door, and it records when it detects motion.



The hot tub is not gated. Please keep an eye on kids and dogs around it.
