Carefully planned, designed and built with vacationers in mind, Avondale of Asheville provides comfort, location and amenities to make any stay in Asheville memorable. Easy access to I-40, the Blue Ridge Parkway and more, makes for quick and simple travel to any and all attractions, restaurants, breweries, hiking and so much more; basically everything our Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer our beloved tourists.

This private home is located just outside downtown Asheville, with easy access to the Biltmore Estate, Asheville and all local area attractions. An easy 5 minutes to Biltmore Village, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District all with its energetic collection of restaurants and shops! You are only app. 15 minutes to Asheville Regional airport. You are essentially close to "everything" in and around Asheville. The home is accessed via only paved roads.

Family Spring Break

Had a great stay. Great spot in relation to all the activities. Minutes from downtown. Don’t even need an alarm clock with a wonderful rooster right across the street to get your day going! Great location. Hot tub was a great perk at the end of the days. Great firepit area. Would stay here again if we make our way back to Asheville.

Perfect family getaway

Loved the hot tub, fire pit and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. The only small suggestion: we could have used a few more bath & kitchen towels for 4 adults. Definitely would stay here again & hope to do so!

Best Experience Ever!!

I was staying with 2 girlfriends for a girl's week in Ashville. We actually thought there must be something wrong with this house, because it wasn't already rented a month previous to our stay. The home looked brand new, clean and very comfortable. The pictures were spot on. The house even had the new house smell when we opened the door. Everything was spotless and the decor was beautiful. All three bedrooms were perfect as we had three girls, so one bedroom for each of us. We especially liked the 1/2-bathroom downstairs to utilize when we were taking advantage of the hot tub and firepit. On our way to the house, we stopped for extra supplies which was totally unnecessary. The property came equipped with plenty of everything for a 5 day stay. The house was close enough to all the amenities such as: downtown Ashville, the Biltmore house, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock and Pisgah Mountain. We spent our days sightseeing and in the evenings, we usually made dinner and enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. All the wood we needed was included. We couldn't have asked for a nicer house. This place is absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Great home base to explore Asheville!

We had a great week at Avondale of Asheville. The house is new construction, spotless, and very well appointed. Check in and out both went very smoothly as well. We appreciated being a little outside of town for a quieter retreat once we were done sightseeing, shopping, hiking — doing all that Asheville had to offer. That being said, it was less than 10 minute to the heart of Asheville, and a stone’s throw to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would highly recommend!

Location and Luxury

This was the perfect mountain retreat for myself and my family. Beautiful and modern home with all the amenities you need. The fire pit and hot tub are the biggest selling features. Also, this is so convenient to the city of Asheville, but yet it is nestled deep in the woods to where you feel like you are far from the city. Very convenient to Biltmore Estate where we spent a day, and also a short 1.5 hour drive to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Would book here in a heartbeat! Very clean and spacious!
