• Main floor primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a 65" Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub.
• The upper level offers two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a full-size bed. A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The main floor office provides an additional sleeping space with a couch that turns into a comfortable queen-size bed and storage chaise.

Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. There is little to no cell service at this home, however, there is high-speed WIFI available so guests can utilize WIFI calling. This home has 1 exterior security camera located under the porch overlooking the front yard.

Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance and a $100 monthly water allowance. The tenant is responsible for paying any overages.
