Camby Cabin: Sleeps 14, Hot Tub, Dogs Welcome

Summary:

The Camby Cabin sleeps 14 across 6 bedrooms and 3 floors, tucked in the woods with a covered hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, and parking for 10 cars. Two separate living areas give a big group room to spread out. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, with a short drive to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Dogs welcome at $25 per dog per night.



The Space:

3,500 sq ft on three levels, built for families and big groups.



Top floor: Loft-style primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom. It's an open loft, so there's no door.



Main floor:

Second bedroom with a king bed.

Two bedrooms with a twin bed each, great for kids.

Full kitchen and dining area.

Living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa.

Hall bathroom.



Lower floor:

Two bedrooms with queen beds.

Full bathroom and laundry room.

Second lounge with a sleeper sofa, so the group can split up at night.



Outside: Covered hot tub in the trees, grill, and plenty of seating. Expect wildlife and a lot of natural light through the big windows.



Also included: WiFi, TVs, AC and heat, washer and dryer, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours. Self check-in with a smart lock, plus driveway parking for up to 10 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood in the woods. You'll truly feel like you are in a wooded wonderland when you stay here. The trees are abundant, the wildlife is amazing, the natural sunlight that comes through our windows is just incredible!



Getting Around:

Car is best. Uber/Lyft will service our area and can be scheduled in advance on their app. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our properties.



Other Things to Note:

Local rules require a signed rental agreement and ID check. We handle it through Happy Guest, a secure website with no app and no account to create. It also has the house guide and our favorite local spots.

Dogs welcome at $25 per dog per night.



Interaction with Guests:

We are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us on the property but we are available if you need us during your stay!
