Stunning southside city views, amazing outdoor space, and gorgeous contemporary design in this new-build, sunny, and convenient condo in downtown South Slope Asheville. This 3-bedroom features 2 king bedrooms, and the 3rd bedroom has a full-size bunk-bed. Wake up to peaceful mountain mist and coffee as you plan your day in Asheville. After enjoying what the town and surroundings have to offer, continue your vacation by relaxing in the townhome with a private elevator, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can even catch the mountain sunrise while relaxing in the living room. The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 1 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. The garage features a high-powered electric vehicle charger (for Tesla or any other car-type SAE J1772). No detail has been overlooked!
Located in the South Slope Brewery District and is walkable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away--this location is hard to beat. Convenience, luxury, comfort, and an always-available staff provide our guests with the privacy of a fully equipped home while also keeping you in contact with local staff to assist with any needs or questions you may have. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors and refer to the quiet hours and HOA rules listed below:
The maximum number of guests occupying this townhome can not exceed 6 people. If occupancy exceeds 6, Towns Property Management, Inc reserves the right to evict guests. 
No house parties are permitted in the home and there is a strict 10:00 PM noise ordinance. Violation of any property rules listed above can result in eviction. Upon eviction, no refund will be issued to the guest.

Spotless, modern townhouse in a great location

Our family of 5 had a great stay in this lovely townhome near downtown Asheville. We had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. It was surprisingly quiet in the unit given the proximity to downtown. If you have young kids, the stairs might be an issue. All and all, great stay! Come to Asheville and spend your money there and in surrounding mountain towns. They need your aupoort!

Wow! Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Very comfortable beds, great view from the balcony and it was so nice having a safe and private place to park while staying here. This was our first time visiting Asheville and not staying in a hotel and this is by far superior! Even our grumpy teenagers loved it. Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience

This location worked for our family. Only about a 15-20 min walk to most of the bars/restaurants/stores we wanted to go to. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the layout of the unit. Elevator was a big help. Quiet. Only negatives: showers took a very long time to get hot and water pressure was NOT good. We are a family of 5 and only two tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner provided for 5 nights. You will need to buy/bring your own. Our family spent several nights working on a 1000 piece puzzle only to find that there were 19 pieces missing!! Super frustrating!kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Washer/dryer was a big plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay in Asheville and the rental house was perfect! Sparkling clean, well appointed with everything you would need, and a great location. We walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. Really appreciated the garage and assigned parking spot as well, it made coming and going so easy. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio enjoying the weather and view of downtown. All the beds were comfy and we appreciated the ceiling fans and individually controlled AC in each room, so everyone could have things just as they would like.

Great stay, wonderful location.

The property was wonderful. A great location and super clean! The condo had everything we needed. If I could make two minor adjustments they would be 1) Water pressure in the showers was very low. 2) There wasn’t a keypad entry for the front door for our unit. Thus we always had to walk around to the back of unit to enter. Again these were very minor things and overall the stay was fantastic.

Brand new condo on South Slope

This condo is brand new and very nice. 4 stories with an elevator which helped one member of our group in a boot. Everything was stocked well. The only concern is that it takes a very long time for the showers to get hot. Nicely decorated. Easy to walk to downtown bars and restaurants.

Awesome place in a great location. The home has ALL the amenities, super clean, comfortable and within walking distance to many breweries, restaurants, and bars. We came as a family of four, with two young children and everyone was happy and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Perfect townhouse

We booked a short little girl’s weekend and this townhouse/condo was perfect for us. We were able to park the car and walk to restaurants, bars, and up to the Harrah’s Cherokee Center for a tennis event. The house was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated the little soaps, shampoos, etc. The elevator was so so nice to load up all our things and not have to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs. My only suggestion is that the bottom bunk bed needs a mattress pad/protector and that both bunk beds need bunkie boards as the mattresses are sitting directly on metal slats. Would definitely rent here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Gorgeous townhouse close to downtown

This was an amazing property with so much space. We loved how it was close to coffee shops, restaurants and breweries, and a 15-minute walk to every shop and amenity you could imagine. The three bedrooms and four bathrooms were all designer quality. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were spacious and decorated in a contemporary fashion. It was like living in a dream house in the gorgeous, artistic city of Asheville.

Great place to stay in Asheville south side

We stayed over Christmas and loved the space and location. It was warm enough to gather on the roof deck. Kitchen was reasonably well appointed though we had to run out for a pepper grinder. 2 parking spots (one in a garage) made side trips easy. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Perfect location and great service

Our family of five (myself, my husband, a two-year-old son, four-month-old daughter and mother-in-law) were in town for 3 nights for a wedding. The location and place cannot be beat! We loved the little coffee shop, farewell, a three minute walk and the overall location to downtown is really great but still quiet. My mother-in-law had the 3rd floor bedroom with separate bathroom. I was very impressed that on night one we were having an issue with the heat and I emailed around 9:30 PM and got response right away. I would say just be careful of the stairs if you have young kids. We also used the concierge service to request a pack and play and crib beforehand. The place is extremely new so many of the appliances do beep a lot but we were so grateful for the washer dryer and dishwasher. There was some construction going on that created beeping throughout the day as well. Overall highly recommend and thanks for the great service! Excellent stay!
