„Communication was bad, responsibilities of employees completely unclear. Key never worked at the front door. Even after checking out at 8am in the morning I get messages that the door is locked and the cleaners need to get in. If things don’t work out as planned don’t expect anyone to resolve it. „We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughter’s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy.
