„Extraordinary staff, die to a delayed flight we arrived at 22:30 and she was so extremely helpful and friendly that we felt hardly welcomed by second one! Parking lot was available, also there's good coffee and some cakes in the morning. Would definitely come back for another longer stay“

„We had a great time at the queen of the loch. We had booked a twin room. Unfortunately, when we got into the room it was not arranged as a twin but the friendly staff fixed that right away. The location is great: close to the center and with shops and restaurants as well as the loch. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast (we had the full breakfast) and the atmosphere of the place which reminded me of a casual hotel in the US. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.“

„Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz und Wanderwege vor der Tür was will man mehr? 👍“

„Sehr guter Service, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. “

„If you’re after a stunning view, Duck Bay certainly delivers – the loch is breathtaking. Sadly, that’s where the charm ends. The smell of it lingered ...

„Good location, good breakfast, soy milk available.“

„Alles war mittelmässig“

„Really quiet and beautiful view and nature“

„The friendliest people in the world down in the pub“

„This was my third stay over the past eight years and I have to say I love the location and how accessible the hotel is to central Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I was disappointed this time to see how unkempt the gardens and rear parking lot were. Garbage and leaves had never been picked up and gardens full of weeds. The hotel exterior is much in need of repainting and the interior needs a complete refurbishment as the carpets are dirty and stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the ...
