„i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have ...

„Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful“

„Wir waren super zufrieden in dem Haus von Kate. Das Haus ist richtig schön eingerichtet, war sehr sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!“

„traumhafte Umgebung, Natur pur, fernab vom Tourismus. Ruhe, wunderschönes Städtchen. Der Vermieter, Guido war sehr nett und hat keine Fragen und Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Haus ist riesig. Alles da was man benötigt. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen, bei der Hitze. Durch die Lage in den Bergen ging immer ein Lüftchen. Die Aussicht vom Pool ein Traum. Das Haus ist auch perfekt für 2 Familien, da der untere Teil im Prinzip eine eigene Wohnung ist. Im oberen Teil 1 Bad und 1 Schlafzimmer.“

„Maison dans un cadre extraordinaire, sur un côteau, avec vue, de la terrasse, sur les oliviers, les vignes, la vallée et le côteau suivant. Panorama dont il est impossible de se lasser, avec couchers de soleil en prime. Pas de voisins immédiats. Belle et grande piscine. Les enfants ont adoré également jouer au ping-pong dans le pavillon en face de la propriété. Pour le tennis, beau terrain mais il faisait trop chaud… Maison confortable, spacieuse. „Die Bilder und die Beschreibung geben das ganze Haus nur unvollständig wieder. Es ist einfach fantastisch. Die Größe des Hauses ist beeinduckend, Das Grundstück mit dem sehr gepflegten Garten ist der Hammer. Der Obst- und Gemüsegarten aus dem wir uns jeden Tag bedienen konnten wird täglich gepflegt, auch die Eier von den Hühnern kamen jeden Tag pünktlich. Der Pool ist in seiner Größe einfach nicht verbessbar. Dazu qualitativ gute Liegen, ein Raum für Luftmatratzen und eine Dusche mit Toilette am ...

„Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. „Der Urlaub hat uns wohnt umgefallen. Eingebettet in sanften Hügeln wohnt man weit ab vom Trubel. Die großzügig angelegte Terrasse mit Grill als auch der Pool sind die Highlights im Außenbereich. Der Innenbereich ist landestypische gestaltet und hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. Einziger negative Punkt sind die fehlenden Matratzenschoner. Hier sollte man eigene mitbringen, da die Matratzen nur mit dem Überzug bespannt sind.“

„First European trip in a while. 6 of us. Lovely location very peaceful. Well appointed villa with tasteful decoration. Fantastic pool and views. The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave.“

"In Ordnung für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas aufgefrischt werden, alles in allem aber gut, das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig und das Bett bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert."
