„This place is a scam! They are closed. I am not sure if expedia is aware that they are closed. They told me they informed expedia but they cant produce any proof or rmail, saying the management is already closed. They insist that they are Kaia hotel and I booked in Kaia Inn, same owner they said but different management. They will not refund my money. „Freundlicher Empfang, große Zimmer. Das war's schön mit den Vorteilen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr schmutzig. Im Keller liegt soviel Müll, dass schon Ratten eingezogen sind. Die Klospühlung funktionierte in beiden Zimmern nicht und es gab auch kein Klopapier.“

„ Pertain to my booking .. i ve complaint .. I arrived to the hotel and the room which we booked ..delux room - with bathtub.. was not available.. so now we spending the two night in delux room WITHOUT bathtub.. disregard the inconvenient ocured. there is price different .. and i want to claim it.. which the different around 5 GBP per night.. total approx 700 pesos .. and i cannot find any option to submit my inquiry .. except puting it here on the reviw portal !!“

"I really enjoyed my stay there, the hotel has a great design and appearance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and relaxing. I also booked a massage in the in-house spa, which was nice and convenient. The hotel is based next to a big Mall. It is on a Main Street a little south of the city center, so everything is in quick reach but you need transportation. The tricycles are rather expensive (not in the hotel's responsibility). An airport shuttle is offered, it was a good ride. The breakfast was also great. I would stay there again. "
