~ A signed waiver is required before check-in when the hot tub is available for use
~ Nightly rates are adjusted seasonally and may vary based on amenity availability
~ No street parking is allowed under HOA regulations. Guests must park in the driveway, which accommodates up to three vehicles, or use overflow parking near the Bridges Bay Resort lot
~ Parking on the grass is not allowed
~ Pitching tents or camping in the yard is prohibited by the HOA and is not allowed
