„Abbiamo passato 3 gg veramente perfetti in questo appartamento davvero molto carino e spazioso in cui non mancava nulla,con una camera decisamente spaziosa e un soggiorno con cucina altrettanto grandi e in perfetto stile rustico rimesso a nuovo. E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! „This property had 2 reviews so I was worried. But I was so surprised to find the best value for money option. It is all pretty new. New air conditioning, locks bathrooms. Breakfast was great. Honestly blown away by the gem we found we had a car and were off every day. So if that is your agenda I cannot recommend this place more. . “

„Die Unterkunft selbst ist recht nett eingerichtet. Man hat hier versucht alt und modern zu verbinden. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Was uns jedoch enorm an Nachtruhe gestört und gekostet hat war der Glockenturm, der jede Stunde bimmelt und durch die Anordnung der Häuser enorm schallt. Die Bahnstrecke hat man ebenfalls teilweise gehört. Besonders enttäuschend war allerdings die Unverbindlichkeit der Gastgeber. Ich sollte vorher Bescheid geben, wann ich am Hotel ankomme. „As the name suggests, this cozy B&B is literally 100 steps from the Duomo. Host Gianfranco took pains to make sure we had plenty of recommendations for dining in Arezzo and the 3 we tried were all terrific, especially Cavour 42. Museums and the Medici Fortress are a short walk away.“

„This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.“

„Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt - Inhaber und Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück überraschend gut. Bett bequem. Etwas nervig war, dass die nächsten kostenfreien Parkplätze ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß an einer Hauptstraße liegen. Aber gut, dafür übernachtet man ja mitten im Zentrum. Wir würden wieder kommen 👍“

„Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!“
