„The house was charming and cozy, but plenty of room for all. Beds were comfy and location was great. Communication by owner/manager was excellent. Controls for lights/fans were confusing to use and light switches sometimes hard to find initially. The toilet seat upstairs was a bit wobbly and the main floor bathroom was hard to get out of until we understood how the door handle worked. All minor things.“

„Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Not fancy, but neither are we! Great location for everything we wanted to do. Appreciated being able to have our dog with us, as well as the communication about hikes to waterfalls and gorgeous overlooks! “

„Owner was super responsive. Interior was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Overall a 5 star inside. Exterior could use some cleanup-lots of weeds and high grass. Patio and porch were not used but could have used a sweep with a leaf blower. “

„We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and quiet VRBO nestled in a peaceful valley in the Ozarks. The one-bedroom rental was the perfect cozy retreat, featuring a spacious king-size bed and a comfortable living area ideal for relaxing.The kitchen was surprisingly efficient and thoughtfully stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes we needed. „It was centrally located to many things and the main reason we picked this location. It is an older home but we enjoyed it. Several time we killed earwigs inside, not ideal, but I think it’s just the area. Home was clean and provided the basics. “

„It was a pleasant stay, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night its good. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was very small (one person at a time), the communication with the host was not great. On night 2, the Netflix account was not working and I texted her, never responded back so had to use our account - no issue there (they have a label saying to not log out of accounts) “

„Our focus for the stay was to do some fishing in Long Creek on Table Rock Lake and this house was just a couple miles from the cricket creek marina and launch ramp. The house was clean and completely met our needs. I will say the parking was a bit tight for my 20’ bass boat, but after the first attempt we got it figured out. “

„This property was more than we expected! Beautiful new build in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with dining & the landscape. John was so welcoming & easy to communicate with. Always replied very quickly. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had nicely stocked hair & bath products. We enjoyed our stay so much! The check out was a breeze! Easiest one we’ve ever had. it’s definitely ( stars!“

„We stayed here for two nights while exploring Hot Springs National Park. We loved the layout of the house and appreciated how clean it was. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing views of the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. “

„A second lamp is needed in the downstairs bedroom. I had to get in bed in the dark. My husband was already asleep. The facility was very nice and just what we needed“

„Everything was as described ..a perfect house for a large group. Beautiful view of the lake and I would definitely recommend. My only complaint was the master bedroom shower. It’s hard to figure out how to use and the water pressure was terrible. Other than that, everything was fine.“
