With capacity for 4 people, with 2 large double bedrooms and fitted wardrobes, the main one with a queen size bed and the second one with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It also has a nice bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances that connects to the living room and the beautiful terrace-solarium, with spectacular sea views, where you can have breakfast, relax and sunbathe. It has a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and kitchen, Smart TV, lift, private parking, window dimming system and all the amenities you could need for a great holiday.

Located in a quiet residential complex, just a few steps from the beach, on a coastline surrounded by unique corners and natural pools. It is also very well located, halfway between the capital and the south of the island and just a few minutes from the motorway.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with sea views, where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, Wifi fibre internet, private parking and much more.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
