Cocoonr offers you this charming 30 m² flat to rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, 250 metres from the beach, with shared pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of around 25 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (160×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- Heated communal swimming pool open from May to September, 9am to 7pm (dates and times for guidance only). Opening dates non-contractual.
- A 25 m² shared garden
- A pétanque court in the residence
- A jacuzzi, a shared fitness room and a play area with various activities offered by the residence (in July and August).
- Shared laundry facilities in the residence (including a washing machine in the flat)
- A nursery for children in the residence

The flat is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered car park + bicycle parking.

- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (only one pet per stay).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our service provider on site, price: 50e).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
