A Pequena Casa is a welcoming and comfortable property, fully equipped and in a prime location. Situated in Coja, this house is located a few meters from the center of the village.
The village offers everything that you will need, including bars, cafes, shops and excellent patisseries that sell many regional products. There is a wonderful river beach ideal for swimming and canoeing which is approximately 5 minutes' walk away.

The space

The Pequena Casa has a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances and utensils, a living room with TV, sofa bed and stereo, and a small bathroom on the first floor. On this floor, there is a large window that gives access to a balcony with a prime view of the nature outside. On the ground floor, which is accessed by stairs, you can find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a large window that gives access to a beautiful garden, ideal for unwinding and escaping from the stresses of everyday life.

Please note that should you wish to bring a small dog, an extra 50 euros security deposit will be required.


During the winter months, fees for any wood that is burnt will be deducted from the 100 euros security deposit . Each cube costs 35 euros.

Property is available for longer stays up to 30 days.
